Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all Floral Street products are 100% vegan and PETA-certified cruelty-free. We never use animal-derived ingredients or test on animals.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Is your packaging sustainable?
Sustainability is at our core. Our perfume bottles are recyclable, and our unique pulp cartons are biodegradable and compostable.
Can I return a fragrance if I don't like the scent?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. We recommend purchasing a Discovery Set first to find your perfect match.
